MultiSystem Communications was formed as a partnership in 1993 and is a wholly owned and operated business based in the ACT. Since the formation of the company it has grown into an active business employing up to 25 staff, with specific concentration on servicing both Local and Federal Governments and other Corporate segments of the Telecommunications and IT markets.

Technical Certifications

MultiSystem Communications offers at a minimum a 12-month warranty on all work.
Furthermore MultiSystem Communications are endorsed and Certified System Designers and installers with Siemon, Krone, and Molex which allows us to offer up to 25 year Site Certification on Product and Labour. MultiSystem Communications are also a Government endorsed supplier. All of our technical staff are qualified to install and certify in the following systems:

• Molex
• Siemens Telephone System
• Certified ACA installers
• LG ARIA Systems

Security Clearances

As a number of out technical staff have undergone rigorous security checks, we are able to offer our services in areas where security is of the utmost importance.

Service Maintenance Agreements

MultiSystem Communications can also offer Service Maintenance agreements and repair services.
Guaranteed response times can be provided for our repair service. Customers may select the response time that best suits their needs. MultiSystem Communications offer response times of 2, 4, and 8 hours. The response time is the maximum time elapsed between when the repair request is placed to the time of technical attendance on site.

Commitment

MultiSystem Communications is committed to the Australian Standards that cover the areas in which we work including AS3080 series, AS3000, ACA, building and regulatory codes and those standards as required by our customers. To ensure that the standard of workmanship and skill set of our employees are high, we maintain an ongoing training program to enable them to obtain the necessary skills and expertise as the industry continues to evolve.
